- **Video and audio content:** Files you upload for transcription and analysis. These files are processed and then discarded — we do not retain your raw footage after processing is complete.
- **Payment information:** Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details.

### Information Collected Automatically
- **Usage data:** Processing hours used, number of projects created, and subscription tier.
- **Authentication tokens:** Stored temporarily to maintain your login session.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process your uploads and deliver story analysis reports

- **Railway** — Application hosting
- **Sentry** — Error monitoring

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
